Trip assistant service has been started as trial.

TMate which provides the video chat guide service to travelers has started “Trip assistant” service as trial. Anybody can apply for the service free of charge during the trial period.
The target is travelers visiting Japan from English-speaking countries who are uneasy about how to get destination or place to eat and expecting small talk with local guides. If a local guide receives a reservation of Trip assistant, the support will be provided through video chat of TMate app from time to time when necessary during the reserved time.

TMate app is available in Google play for android and Safari browser for iPhone.
